2017 marks the 30th anniversary of the Sears Dixie Invitational Show. The show was held at Dixie State University in February and March. A percentage of all sales from this show go to the museum, it is the only fundraiser the museum does each year. Jeremy Winborg participated in the show this year with these two paintings.
Jeremy's painting of a downtown Saint George night scene with the Saint George LDS temple sold the opening night. His painting of a Native American girl holding a drum received the Viewer's Choice Award.
Congratulations to Jeremy as he has won the Viewer's Choice Award at the Sears Dixie Invitational 4 of the seven years he has participated. This is Jeremy's favorite award to win because it means the general public loves his work!
