When will my art arrive?
You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. Each giclée print is made to order and will typically be processed within 2 weeks. Original art is ready-to-ship and can be expected to ship within 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary based on the quantity and type of art you've ordered. Shipping is calculated by weight.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
No, all items must be shipped to a street address.
Additional Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Items will ship in approximately 10-14 business days via UPS or USPS. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International orders will be shipped rolled and placed in a tube.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs according to the shipping options you choose. Tracking information on your package will be provided in an email to you at the time of shipment.

Returns
Jeremy Winborg Art unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products, as they are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. We will not accept item returns without prior authorization.
Damaged Product
From time to time, a product may be damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of receipt here or call us at 435.770.1201. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement. All damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving order to be eligible for replacement or credit.
Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or canceled during processing.
